Musste danach auf Kuchen verzichten (schmerzlich, da sehr gute Konditorei). Sehr lecker, vielleicht durch Gürkchen PLUS Äpfel für meinen Geschmack zu fruchtig.

Meine Variation zum nachkochen Zuhause wäre:

Etwas mehr Zwiebel, grob gehackt
Etwas weniger Cornichons
Apfel durch Kartoffeln ersetzen
Das wird lecker!!
